Grace's Periodic Table of Value and Color
If color is important Value is the key to creating exceptional art quilts. This workshop focuses on the important tools for creating inspirational botanicals, landscapes, and portraits. It will provide an over view of color harmony, color theory, the psychology of color and the expressive aspects of color and value. We will then focus on Value. Students will see value and color in a new way. They will learn how to create Grace’s “Periodic Table of Value and Color” a must have tool for all art quilters. Grace provides the fabrics for 8-value grey scale as a part of the materials in the class.
